The Future of Legal Is Augmented: Eudia Acquires Out-House
By Omar Haroun, CEO & Co-Founder, Eudia
Today, I’m thrilled to welcome Out-House and its founder, Lynden Renwick, to Eudia.
Lynden is one of those rare legal leaders who has lived the in-house challenge from every angle. He’s built, scaled and transformed Fortune 500 legal functions long before “legal operations” became a discipline.
When he founded Out-House, he did so with a simple but powerful observation: the legal industry had plenty of firms and vendors, but none that truly combined deep domain expertise with an AI-first model built for in-house teams.
That clarity of vision and customer empathy made Out-House an obvious partner for Eudia. Over the past several months, our teams have been working side by side to integrate Eudia’s AI platform into Out-House’s Fortune 500 engagements.
The results spoke for themselves: faster deal cycles, sharper insights, and more consistent outcomes.
Why This Partnership Matters
This collaboration evolved naturally into today’s announcement, the formal joining of two organizations aligned around a shared mission to transform how legal teams operate.
For Eudia, the addition of Out-House reinforces our belief that the future of legal work will be built at the intersection of human expertise and machine intelligence. Out-House’s deep operational fluency, combined with Eudia’s continuously learning platform, will allow us to deliver even greater impact across commercial contracting, M&A, and compliance.
Together, we’ll help in-house legal teams run with the speed, clarity, and strategic alignment their businesses demand without sacrificing rigor or control.
Expanding Enterprise Capability
Out-House brings a trusted reputation within the Fortune 500 community. Its team acts as an embedded extension of in-house legal departments, managing complex contracting and outside counsel relationships while driving measurable gains in cost, speed, and quality.
By pairing this expertise with Eudia’s AI-augmented platform, we are creating an entirely new model for enterprise legal delivery. One in which institutional knowledge compounds over time, and data-driven insights flow seamlessly into every decision.
Lynden will join Eudia to co-lead the expansion of our enterprise service lines, combining trusted legal judgment with advanced technology to help legal leaders operationalize their strategies and elevate their function’s influence across the business.
A Milestone in Eudia’s Growth
This moment follows a year of major milestones for Eudia, including our $105 million Series A financing led by General Catalyst, the acquisition of Johnson Hana, and the launch of Eudia Counsel. The addition of Out-House strengthens our foundation and accelerates our trajectory as the trusted AI platform for Fortune 500 legal teams.
This is a validation of Eudia’s strategy to build the modern legal ecosystem where technology and talent reinforce one another.
Looking Ahead
The legal industry is at an inflection point. Chief Legal Officers are being asked drive growth, influence strategy, and enable transformation. Together with Out-House, we’re helping them meet that moment.
This partnership deepens our commitment to empowering legal teams everywhere to move faster, make better decisions, and capture the full value of their institutional knowledge.
We couldn’t be more excited for what comes next.
