Eudia has appointed Mitch Loquaci as Regional Vice President of Sales for the US and Stephen Mulholland as Vice President of Sales for EMEA, expanding its enterprise sales leadership across North America and Europe.

Eudia has expanded its global sales leadership team with two new senior appointments, announced in a press release. The company named Mitch Loquaci as Regional Vice President of Sales for the US and Stephen Mulholland as Vice President of Sales for EMEA.

Loquaci brings over a decade of SaaS sales experience, including leadership roles at Verkada and Drata, where he contributed to significant revenue growth. At Eudia, he will focus on expanding enterprise partnerships across the US market.

Mulholland, who previously held senior positions at Salesforce and Fivetran, will lead Eudia’s sales operations across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. His role includes building a scalable sales framework and supporting in-house legal teams adopting AI-driven tools.

Eudia develops an AI-powered legal intelligence platform that helps corporate legal departments centralize knowledge from contracts, policies, and matters to improve decision-making and risk management.
